Mr. Izzy graduated from Curry College with a Bachelors in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Communications. Mr. Izzy has been playing the drums since he was 3 years old and has been operating his own DJ business for 21 years. Mr Izzy has taught at In Sync for 15 years as a Hip Hop instructor and 10 years as the Hip Hop curriculum director. He started the In Sync “Boy’s Only” Hip Hop program and continues to inspire those boys today. In his 16 years of teaching, Mr Izzy managed to complete multiple levels of groups in competitions, and continues to grow the competitive Hip Hop program. He has also taken on being the Intern Director for the past 2 years. He loves to share his passion for Hip Hop, dance, music, art, and Black Culture!
